Staff Profile

	Sarah MacDonald - Executive Director- Sarah joined the KMS family in 2010. She has a BA in Psychology and over twenty years experience working with children of all abilities. She is a former KMS parent and Board member. Sarah and her husband have two daughters.
	Rebecca Baker – Pink room co-teacher- Rebecca joined KMS in 2006. She has her Associate’s degree in Education and received her AMI Montessori Teacher certification through Montessori Training Center of New England. Rebecca spent her internship at Keene Montessori School. She and her four dogs live in Richmond.
	Lesley Hildrey – Toddler room teacher- Lesley has been with KMS since 2006. She received her Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Science and has teching certificates in Elementary Education and Teaching English as a Second Language. Lesley is a former parent and intern of KMS. She received her Montessori certification throught the Northeast Montessori Institute. Lesley, her husband and their two daughters moved here from England ten years ago.
	Linda Kinson – Blue room teacher- Linda joined KMS in 1986. She became a certified Montessori Teacher through the Northeast Montessori Institute in Rockport, ME. She was chosen as the Walmart Teacher of the Year in 2007. Linda and her husband have six children and seven grandchildren.
	Gail O’Brien – Toddler room assistant- Gail has been working at KMS since 1999. She has a BA in Education and completed her Advanced Assistants Training at the Montessori Institute in Danvers, MA. She received additional training through the International Montessori Society. Gail is married and has three sons.
	Jennifer Seidler –Blue room assistant- Jennifer has worked at KMS since 2003. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and received her Montessori Assistants Training from the Northeast Montessori Institute in Rockport, ME. Jennifer studied dance in New Haven, NYC and Florence Italy. She acted as the Dance and Movement teacher here at KMS for four years. Jennifer has three daughters.
	Janet Shook – Pink room co-teacher- Janet has been with KMS since 1992. She earned a BA in World Religions and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She received her Montessori Teacher certification through the Midwest Montessori Training Center in Chicago. Janet and her husband have two children and a grandson.
